With more than 30 years of proven track record, I have worked across highly specialised and demanding sectors, including finance, law, healthcare, information technology, television and live public events.
My career has taken me beyond interpreting itself. As a consultant for congress venues and experienced public speaker, I have developed a broader understanding of a number of drivers that make international communication work: the people involved, the content being communicated, the technology supporting it and the experience of the audience experiencing it.
Today, as Managing Director of MSM Sas, I continue to provide simultaneous, consecutive and RSI interpreting to key accounts and global companies while overseeing multilingual communication projects involving interpreters, translators, technology and event support.
I founded MSM because I believe multilingual communication should be approached as more than just a language service. Behind every international meeting, conference or event, there is a business objective, a specific audience and a message that needs to reach people clearly, regardless of language or location.
Having experienced the challenges of international communication from inside the interpreter's booth and alongside event teams, I recognised the need for a partner capable of looking at the entire project rather than simply supplying an interpreter or a translation. I wanted to create a Company that could bring together the right linguistic expertise, people, technology and support around each Client's specific needs.
This is the principle behind MSM today: understanding the business first, identifying what each project requires and becoming an extension of our Clients' Teams.
